USA PATRIOTS ACT COMPLIANCE
DISCLOSURE"
On October 26, 2001, President Bush signed into law the USA Patriots Act.
This act was established to protect you, your family and our country from
terrorism by preventing financing to terrorists organizations. One
section of that act (Section 326) requires Teachers Credit Union to verify
the identity of all new credit union members and non-members.
The Credit Union will also be required to keep copies of the documents used
to verify your identity. Any copies will be secured in compliance with
the Credit Unions Privacy Policy.
If you are an existing Teachers Credit Union member, you will also be
required to provide verifying documents should you request a new account or
new service.
Thank you for your patience and please remember that this is a mandatory
requirement from our Government and our President and Teachers Credit Union
must comply for your protection and the protection of our Country.
